LaSalle Network is hiring an Admissions Advisor for a growing organization in the higher education space. This fully remote Admissions Advisor role is ideal for professionals who are warm, engaging and passionate about helping students reach their academic and career goals.
Admissions Advisor Responsibilities
• Contact prospective students through phone and video outreach
• Conduct admissions interviews to understand motivation, goals and potential barriers
• Tailor advising conversations to each student’s needs and ambitions
• Share program information and highlight the value of higher education
• Guide students through enrollment steps, connect them with financial aid and ensure documentation is complete
• Build relationships, maintain communication and identify additional prospective students through networking
Admissions Advisor Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Passion for education and helping students succeed
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Clear written communication skills for messaging students and colleagues
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while supporting team goals
