Pay Range: US $380,000 - US $414,000 Base Salary

Who we are looking for / Requirements: 

Our client is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to support their expanding network of ambulatory surgery centers. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated physician looking for a lifestyle-friendly schedule in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• General Anesthesia
• IV Sedation
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks

Case Types Include:

• Orthopedic Surgery
• Pain Management Procedures
• Spine Surgery
• Podiatry
• Eye Surgery
• Plastic Surgery

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Administer general anesthesia, IV sedation, and peripheral nerve blocks for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery tailored to each patient and procedure.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after procedures, adjusting anesthesia levels as needed to maintain optimal care.
• Participate in pre-operative evaluations to assess patient readiness and address anesthesia-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of all anesthesia services in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support a physician- and client-centric culture by contributing to a positive experience for both patients and clinical partners.
• Uphold patient safety and satisfaction as core priorities in every aspect of clinical practice.
• Work within a flexible and collegial environment, adapting to daily assignment preferences and location needs.
• Participate in continuing education and refresher training when needed, particularly in regional anesthesia techniques.
