chedule appointments for clients via phone, email, or online scheduling toolsConfirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments
Send reminders and follow-up messages to clients
Use online calendars and scheduling software (training provided)
Ensure availability and scheduling conflicts are managed appropriately
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (email, typing, using web-based software)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
