Appointment Setter – On-Site Training in Minnetonka. MN Work from Home (after training)
📍 Minnetonka, MN | 💵 $16/hr + Bonuses | ⏰ 30+ hrs/wk, flexible M–F
We’re hiring Appointment Setters to join our team in the Twin Cities metro area! Train on-site in Minnetonka for 3–4 weeks, then work remotely from home.
What You’ll Do:
- Call prospective clients
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Track activity in our CRM
- Hit (and exceed!) appointment goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Prior sales/customer service experience is a plus
- Must live in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area
