Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. As the Assistant Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring that all students receive top-quality tutoring services, and supporting the Director in achieving the center's goals. You will also work closely with a dynamic team of tutors, parents, and students to maintain a positive learning environment and drive academic success. Responsibilities:

  • Tutoring: Provide high-quality instruction to K-12 students in reading, writing, and math.
  • Schedule Management: Organize and maintain efficient schedules for both instructors and students, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Student Engagement: Build strong relationships with students and parents, offering exceptional service and addressing concerns with care and professionalism.
  • Educational Assessments: Administer and evaluate academic assessments to identify student needs and track progress.
  • Data Administration: Accurately maintain student records, including progress, attendance, tuition, and other essential information, using the center’s management system. Monitor student tuition status.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Promote the center’s services and participate in local community events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Recruitment and Training: Lead the recruitment process, onboard new staff members, and provide ongoing training to ensure team success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience in education, tutoring, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with technology, including all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
