A well-supported private dental office in Moscow, ID is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join its team. With a strong patient base, advanced technology, and a mentorship-rich environment, this role is ideal for new grads or early-career dentists seeking hands-on experience, work-life balance, and career growth. Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope general dentistry with clinical autonomy.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team focused on excellent patient care.
• Build strong patient relationships and maintain treatment standards.
• Contribute to practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in mentorship and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD with eligibility to practice in Idaho.
• CPR and DEA certification or ability to obtain.
• Interest in long-term growth and patient-centered care.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Up to $10,000 monthly salary guarantee.
• Production-based compensation with average earnings from $200K to $300K.
• Full-time schedule: 4 days per week.
• Part-time option: 3 days per week.
• CE reimbursement up to $5,000.
• Support from 3 hygienists and a dedicated clinical team.
