What You'll Do
You’ll manage a docket of single-plaintiff employment cases from intake through resolution, with substantial autonomy and robust support. Your work will focus on:
Case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Adversarial negotiations, mediations, and settlement conferences
Collaboration with operations, legal assistants, and firm leadership
Leveraging structured, tech-enabled workflows for efficiency
