**Job Description:**
This position handles day-to-day service issues. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of employees to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Diagnosing vehicle technical failures; providing professional advice on repair and other technical services
+ Providing on-site technical support, quality control and performing regular maintenance and inspection of vehicles
+ Assisting to manage fleet daily operations
+ Communicating and following up vehicle maintenance work with vehicle maintenance vendors.
+ Performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
**Requirements:**
+ Higher Certificate in Mechanical with basic automotive engineering
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
+ Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
+ With valid Class 1,2 is a must
+ With valid 18, 19 or 20 Driving License will be an advantage
+ Commercial vehicle maintenance working experience will be an advantage
+ Service advisor in Automobile industry working experience will be an advantage
+ Work location: Kowloon Bay
