Responsibilities
- Development and execution of marketing strategies to promote company solutions.
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Edit and update content on the company's website, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve website ranking and visibility.
- Implement WeChat marketing strategies to engage with the target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities.
- Organizing and coordinating both online and offline events, showcasing the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute successful marketing events.
- Actively participate in Business development work, collaborating with the team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Create reports and track marketing performance.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Perform market and client research.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize, create, and edit a variety of marketing and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is recommended. Certifications in Marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website content management, and WeChat marketing is essential.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and online content management.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective WeChat marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of the consulting industry, particularly in the context of strategy consulting and market entry services, is preferred.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools for optimizing website content.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, coordinating with different departments to achieve marketing goals.
- Experience in event planning and networking is a plus.
- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing. (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, veed.io etc.)
- Ability to adapt to evolving market trends, technologies, and business requirements.
