Position Details
- Location: Virginia Beach, VA (clinic-based)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, consistent daytime hours
- Employment Type: Full-time, in-person
- Reports To: Clinical Director
- Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience and certification; includes bonus potential)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure quality implementation
- Provide parent and caregiver coaching to promote skill generalization
- Review client data to guide program adjustments and ensure meaningful progress
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to uphold AutismCOE’s clinical standards
Who You Are
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia, or eligible to obtain prior to start
- Ethical, collaborative, and passionate about improving lives through ABA
- Strong communicator with a coaching mindset and attention to detail
