Business Analyst (Banking, Finance, Technical Background)

Skills And Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and system design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data modeling).
Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
