Title: CAF Business Intelligence and Data Support Analyst
location: Local to Richmond, VA / Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA but remote as of now only for these cities can be hybrid or onsite near future.
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide Management and Production Reporting For All Servicing Areas and Support
2. Systems.
   1. Fulfill data requests and resolve report or system problems.
   2. Create standard reports to monitor key Servicing metrics.
   3. Determine key metrics translate metrics into standard reports using Snowflake SQL and other reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Python, SQL Server Reporting Services, etc.
   4. Maintain and enhance existing reports, including troubleshooting and resolving errors and inconsistencies, updating business logic based on Servicing changes, and adding clarifying logic or additional data to increase effectiveness.
   5. Support production applications and facilitate transition of applications to permanent IT solutions.

1. Identify Strategic Opportunities to Improve Efficiency and Performance Using Data.
   1. Develop reporting to identify improvement opportunities for CAF Servicing departments
   2. Provide ad hoc analysis for servicing departments including collection efficiency and portfolio performance trends.
   3. Work within the development cycle of initiatives involving multiple departments and resources to produce timely, accurate solutions.
   4. Communicate regularly with organization managers to discuss the status of ongoing projects.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor's Degree in analytical and technical field. (e.g.Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Technical ability to access, manipulate, and interpret data.
• Proficiency with pertinent database systems and/or software packages. (e.g. Snowflake, Teradata, Python, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Programming experience with Python or other object-oriented programming language a plus.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools a plus.
