LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Representative for our client, a leading auto repair and services company. This fully remote Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for customers scheduling services, requesting estimates, and navigating next steps in their repair process.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
• Answer 80–100 inbound calls daily with professionalism and urgency
• Schedule service appointments and in-shop estimates
• Ask qualifying questions regarding rental car needs and next steps
• Provide clear, accurate information while maintaining excellent call flow
• Document call outcomes and customer details in internal systems
Call Center Representative Requirements
• Must have prior call center experience; corporate environment experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to handle 70+ inbound calls per day
• Strong verbal communication skills and customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems
• Reliable at-home work setup; equipment provided
• Steady under pressure with a positive, problem-solving approach
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability in remote settings
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
