Position Summary

As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. From assisting with daily activities to providing companionship, your care and dedication will leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide support with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Dependable and detail-oriented with a focus on resident well-being.
