Caregivers

Richfield, OH

The Renaissance of Richfield/ Bath located in Richfield, Ohio is currently seeking both full-time and part-time Caregivers to work our 2nd and 3rd shifts!

As a Caregiver you will provide patient care under direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens.

Schedule & Pay Details:

• 6PM – 11PM shift: $17 – $18/hour, offer dependent on experience
• 11PM – 7AM shift: $18 – $19/hour, offer dependent on experience
• Flexible & Short Shifts Available!

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform activities of daily living
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans
• Observing residents to detect symptoms that may require medical attention
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Caregiver preferred
• CNA license preferred
