Description:
- Seeking a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) who can facilitate agile processes within our engineering teams.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing multiple JIRA boards and will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, support, and guidance for the teams.
- This position requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications (Required):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required .
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in scaling agile practices in larger organizations (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with other agile project management tools.
