A leading healthcare provider in Oregon is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist , where you will play a vital role in patient care. Position Highlights:

• Compensation: up to $210K annually
• Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
• Work Setting: Inpatient hospital pharmacy

Responsibilities:

• Support daily pharmacy operations and patient medication management .
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective medication therapy .
• Educate patients and providers on medication safety and best practices .

Requirements:

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist License
• 1+ year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience preferred
