Job Title: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Acute Psychiatric & Medical Support

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Weekdays

Duration: 8-week engagement

Rate: $2200 weekly

Position Overview:
Seeking a compassionate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide critical psychosocial support to patients in a hospital setting. Ideal for LCSWs experienced in both behavioral health and acute care environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial assessments, brief counseling, and care planning
• Facilitate access to community mental health and social support services
• Coordinate safe transitions of care
• Work collaboratively with clinical teams and patient families
• Document care in compliance with hospital standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hospital social work experience
• GA LCSW license required
• AHA BLS certification
• Knowledge of community mental health resources
