Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe/milling/drilling/etc.) based on job specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs
Inspect and measure finished products using precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
Load materials into machines and monitor the machining process
Make minor adjustments to machine controls to improve performance or quality
Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure smooth operations
Identify and report malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
