🛠️ 3rd Shift CNC Operator – $22/hr with Shift Differential | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $22/hour (with shift differential)
Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a 3rd Shift CNC Operator to join our client's team! This is a great opportunity for someone with prior machine experience who wants stable hours, competitive pay, and the chance to grow with a company.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow established procedures accurately
- Inspect product visually and using gauges
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Load programs and perform dimension checks (programming handled by engineering)
- File edges and tend to machines as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous machine or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Reliable and able to work overnight hours
