Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operator to join a well-established manufacturing team in Southeast Tulsa . The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC mills and lathes to ensure parts meet exact specifications. This position offers steady hours, a strong team environment, and opportunities for growth within a safety-first workplace.
Key Responsibilities
· Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts per drawings or written instructions.
· Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, or other precision measuring tools to verify accuracy.
· Select and use correct tooling for each job while maintaining production quotas.
· Keep the work area and machines clean to support a safe, efficient workflow.
· Work effectively as part of a team with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
· Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and improve technical skills .
· Perform all duties in accordance with Safety-Sensitive position requirements .
What We’re Looking For
· Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.
· Basic understanding of machine setup, measurement tools, and shop safety.
· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
· Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
· Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
