Operate CNC & VTL machines to perform turning, facing, boring, and related operations
Load and secure workpieces in chucks or fixtures
Select and install tools according to job requirements
Adjust machine settings (speeds, feeds, offsets) for optimal performance
Interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and process sheets
Use measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.) to ensure dimensional accuracy
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean
Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
