Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Agency - Base Salary to 100k/year - Milburn, NJ
- Our client, a growing independent agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This agency prides itself on its white glove customer service approach while maintaining a family operated feel.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support to commercial line policy holders.
- Processing of policy updates and changes.
- Assist with claims and billing inquiries.
- Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and review of proposals.
Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines.
- Knowledge of AMS360 is desired but will train.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 100k/year
- Commission opportunity on new business.
- Company paid benefits.
- Hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 remote.
