Shift: Mon-Fri 07am-04pm
Duration: 12+ Months

Pay: $25-$28/-Hour
Duties:
- Assist with plumbing, repairing, and installing structures on residential and commercial sites.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, etc.).
- Prepare worksites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring safety measures.
- Mix and pour concrete, backfill trenches, and assist in framing and carpentry work.
- Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and skilled tradespeople.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and assembly tasks.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and machinery in good working condition.
- Adhere to all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and hazard-prevention procedures.
- Support skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and operators.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- Prior construction or general labor experience (preferred for many roles).
- Knowledge of basic construction processes and equipment operation
