We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Content & Marketing Analyst with a special focus on automation to support a global finance content leader with over 400,000 followers. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who excels in managing digital content, marketing automation, and platform integrations, contributing to lead magnet creation, email marketing, course updates, and community management. As the platform grows, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more strategic responsibilities and help implement AI-driven automations.

💰 Compensation : Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses.

💼 Responsibilities :

• Content Management : Create and distribute content across platforms like LinkedIn, Beehiiv, Thinkific, and Notion. Develop lead magnets in Canva and monitor content engagement.

• Lead Magnet & Automation : Create lead magnets and implement automated workflows in Beehiiv, optimizing performance and engagement.

• Website & Community Management : Update Thinkific courses and apply Super Powerups to enhance user experience.

• Email Management & Automation : Manage Beehiiv newsletters, set up Zapier workflows, and use AI tools for email automation and performance tracking.

• Task & Content Management : Oversee tasks in ClickUp, maintain content libraries in Notion, and implement automations to streamline processes.

💡 Qualifications :

• Proficiency in tools for content creation, email marketing automation, course management, task tracking, workflow optimization, and AI-driven content support. 

• Ability to create visually appealing PDFs and lead magnets with attention to detail in layout, formatting, and branding.

• Familiarity with finance concepts for managing finance-related content and messaging.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Self-starter with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose AI-driven solutions.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems independently.

• Experience in the finance industry or handling finance-related content.

• Familiarity with AI-driven content automation tools.

• Experience with advanced marketing automation platforms like Zapier, Thinkific, Notion and Beehiiv .
