Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional Content Creator capable of creating compelling visual stories. This role focuses on developing strategic visual content that resonates with audiences across our diverse client portfolio. Starting as a part-time position with growth potential to full-time, this opportunity is ideal for a creative professional who combines technical skill with strategic vision to create meaningful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create striking visuals and videos that capture attention and drive engagement
• Direct clients during shoots with confidence and vision
• Transform raw content into polished assets using CapCut and Canva
• Collaborate with our strategy team to bring concepts to life
• Stay ahead of content trends and platform shifts
• Deliver quality work on deadline, every time
• Produce content that elevates brands and outshines competitors

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in CapCut and Canva
• Natural ability to connect with and direct people
• Sharp aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Adaptability to various client industries and personalities
• Self-motivated work ethic with minimal supervision
• Solid time management that keeps projects moving
• Passionate about “hooks” and creating engaging content

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of platform algorithms and content optimization
• Previous agency or client-facing experience
• Photography experience preferred
