Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, or junior, senior in college, or graduate
- Native English/Spanish/German Speaker preferred, with knowledge and insight to modern American and European culture
- Strongly self-motivated and is willing to take initiative and additional responsibilities
- An independent, strategic, and creative thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large) and -Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Is forward-thinking, proactive, extremely organized, has an obsession for detail Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable and effective content including naming, brand stories and creative messaging for Halara's brand, portfolio, and products
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reinforce brand image
- Create and edit brand content, search for and work with creative partners internally and externally to translate brand/marketing strategies and stories into consumer-facing creative assets
- Partner with the Creative and Operations team to translate brand strategy and story into tactical plans for implementation
- Be a brand evangelist: ensure brand strategy and story is reflected in all content and activities across the company
