Now hiring qualified LCSW / Licensed Clinical Social Workers, LPC / Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in Salem, OR!
Pay:
- $3,040.00 - $3,206.00 weekly (depending on licensure).
- Weekly Direct Deposit Every Friday.
- Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
- Plus Travel Bonus to the assignment.
LCSW / LMFT / LPC Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- OR Licensure/Certification as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license also accepted.
- Experience with individual, family, and/or group therapy with adolescents/young adults is required.
- Experience with mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed treatment preferred.
- BLS/CPR Cert.
LCSW / LMFT / LPC Timeline:
- 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
- Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
- 40 hours per week with the potential to pick up OT.
- Population: Teen (13-18)
LCSW / LMFT / LPC Job Duties:
- Facilitate individual and group therapies with young adults/adolescents.
- Complete risk assessment and initial safety plan upon admission, and biopsychosocial assessment and treatment plan within timeline requirements.
- Coordinate treatment goals and services in collaboration with the client's treatment team, with 30-day treatment plan reviews and updates.
- Provide progress updates to parents in collaboration with the family therapist.
- Conduct risk or crisis assessments and provide crisis intervention/management as needed.
- Complete documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress and group notes, discharge summary) timely and according to established standards.
- Attend weekly treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as needed.
