We’re hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! This role is perfect for candidates who want hands-on experience, love working with people, and are motivated to make a difference—no previous experience required.
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, outreach programs, and fundraising campaigns
Provide excellent customer service while engaging with donors, supporters, and the public
Share information about nonprofit missions and inspire community involvement
Help maintain strong donor relationships and support campaign growth
Work with your team to ensure smooth event operations and positive public interactions
Show professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills in all interactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work in busy, public environments
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
