We’re currently hiring a Customer Service Representative – Entry Level to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with people, want hands-on experience, and are motivated to make a positive impact. No previous experience required — full training provided.
Represent nonprofit clients at community events, outreach programs, and fundraising initiatives
Provide excellent customer service while engaging with donors, supporters, and the public
Communicate nonprofit missions clearly and inspire community involvement
Help maintain donor relationships and contribute to campaign growth
Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth event operations and positive public interactions
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented
Interest in nonprofits, advocacy, community work, or fundraising
Comfortable working in busy public environments
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
