### What You'll Do:
- Process shareholder requests efficiently and accurately, including purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account updates.
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for account transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to account transactions, shareholder records, and transfer agency processes.
- Provide clear and professional guidance to clients on transfer agency procedures, policies, and regulations to ensure a smooth experience.
### What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-6 years in customer service, preferably within the global financial services industry, with exposure to treasury management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex client issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide top-tier client support.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and other digital tools.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and accuracy.
