Job Description

Pantomath is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate student to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Success Co-op. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a Master's in Information Systems, MBA, or a related field with a strong interest in SaaS solutions and project management. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience supporting client onboarding and post-sales implementation projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating training schedules, and tracking implementation milestones.

  • Assist in managing project timelines, stakeholder communications, and deliverables using project management tools.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery of customer implementations.

  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and assist with identifying areas for improvement.

  • Document implementation workflows, best practices, and lessons learned to support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), or related field.

  • Previous internship or academic project experience with SaaS technologies is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
