We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves inputting, updating, and managing data in digital systems with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. No complex software skills required—just basic computer knowledge and the ability to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems

  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company information

  • Follow instructions and complete data-related tasks in a timely manner

  • Perform routine data clean-up and formatting

  • Communicate with team members via email or chat when necessary


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, internet use)
