Framework is Hiring Certified K–5 Tutors – Daytime, East Coast Hours
Framework is seeking passionate, certified educators to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to elementary students (grades K–5 K-4) during the school day. We are especially interested in tutors who reside in Florida and/or are bilingual , as we serve a diverse range of students.
Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering math and ELA instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions are designed to be engaging, student-centered, and adaptable to individual learning needs.
Position Details
- Schedule: Weekdays, daytime hours on Eastern Time
- Employment Type: W-2, part-time (no guaranteed minimum hours)
- Pay: $35/hour for tutoring
- Location: Remote (must reside and work in the U.S.)
- Subjects: K–5 K-4 Math and ELA
- Preference Given To: Florida residents and bilingual tutors

Responsibilities
- Deliver live, virtual tutoring to K–5 students in 1:1 or small group settings
- Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning
- Adapt instruction to meet varied student needs
- Administer provided assessments as scheduled
- Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team
Requirements
- Current, valid teaching license in General Ed, Math, or ELA (expired licenses not accepted)
- Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
- Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
- Prior online tutoring experience preferred
- Bilingual abilities preferred
