Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate dental assistant to join our team and aid in the administration of quality dental care to our patients. Hours would be part-time to start, eventually leading to full-time.
- Must have current PA x-ray license.
Responsibilities:
- As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients.
- Your duties will include assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up equipment.
- Take dental x-rays.
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures.
- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following aseptic techniques.
