Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop IT Support Technician (Level 1/2) to join our team in Houston. This role provides hands-on technical support to employees for computers, software, and devices. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, solving problems directly or escalating them when needed.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office, VPN, etc.).
Set up new user accounts, workstations, and equipment.
Handle IT onboarding/offboarding for employees.
Maintain accurate documentation and IT asset inventory.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
Requirements:
1–3 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac systems.
Familiar with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite in Houston.
