What You’ll Do:
- Lead our Flight Ops team to achieve safety, reliability, and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and internal standards.
- Drive operational efficiency and enhance SOPs and best practices.
- Oversee strategic use of assets to support customer and company success.
What You’ll Need:
- ATP certificate with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Meet Part 119.67(a) qualifications for Director of Operations (Part 121).
- 5–8 years of pilot experience, including 3 as PIC under Part 135 or 121.
- Strong grasp of FAA regs, ops specs, and safety standards.
- Experience in airline management or flight instruction.
- Skilled in technical writing.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in English.
