As a Drain Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving drainage issues for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities
- Unclog and clear drains using appropriate tools and techniques
- Install toilets and related plumbing fixtures as needed
- Accurately diagnose the cause of drain clogs and plumbing issues
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their drainage systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites
Qualifications
- Experience with drain cleaning and basic plumbing tasks
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot drainage issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a variety of environments
- Clean background, driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test
