We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional marketing campaigns . Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing live events and promotional campaigns
- Support brand activations, experiential marketing events, and on-site promotions
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate event logistics including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor support
- Manage event registration, guest engagement, and on-site activities
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Collect attendee and client feedback and assist with post-event reports
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
