About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Affairs Associate to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in Accounting or Business who are interested in developing their career in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as document filing, scheduling, and office coordination

  • Support accounting tasks including expense reports, invoice tracking, and basic bookkeeping

  • Coordinate employee travel, facility management, and vendor communications

  • Maintain company records, supplies, and HR documentation

  • Liaise between internal departments and external partners (Korean language skills a plus)

  • Assist management with ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration , or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
