Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and professional technical support through inbound calls, chats, and emails.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to voice, data, video, and connectivity.
Engage with customers to help resolve their technical concerns, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
Offer additional solutions, such as up-selling products and services, based on customer needs.
Accurately document and track all support interactions in the system.
Assist colleagues as needed, offering backup support for other Technical Support Representatives.
Maintain a flexible schedule to meet customer needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems.
Experience in a call center or customer service role.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with connectivity issues (voice, data, video).
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
