Description Epic Ambulatory / OCHIN Analyst
- Job Description: Client is seeking a full-time, fully remote Epic Ambulatory / OCHIN Analyst to assist with the daily support and care/feeding of the OCHIN environment. This includes participation in support queue and serving as a liaison between client and OCHIN.
- Experience/Requirements:
- 3-5+ years’ experience supporting Epic Ambulatory; Epic Ambulatory Certification; preference to candidates with experience supporting OCHIN clients
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience with ITSM: JIRA
- Logistics:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 month initial
- Part-Time / Full-Time: FT
- Travel Requirements: Remote
