Required Skills : * Associate degree required; In lieu of degree, 4 years in healthcare or supporting technology systems * Bachelor s degree in a relevant field preferred * Certification: Epic certified upon hire or within six months of hire * 2 years of experience in healthcare or one year of experience supporting technology systems * Knowledge/previous experience with Gallery, ticket review/completion, build ability/vendor management * Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision * Strong critical thinking skills * Strong communication skills and professional presence * Ability to maintain composure in stressful office environment * Experience in healthcare, specifically areas in inpatient, ancillary, ambulatory or revenue cycle preferred Physical requirements: * Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping * Long periods of computer time or at workstation * Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance * May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise * Communicating with others to exchange information * Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks * Workspace may vary from open to confined; on site or remote * May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle
