Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable On-Site Equipment Maintenance Specialist to support our clients by servicing and repairing industrial machinery in the field. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical systems, welding, and electrical troubleshooting, along with a proactive approach to customer service and safety compliance.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
MSHA Certification Surface and/or Underground
Experience with conveyor systems and related equipment
Mechanical fabrication and repair proficiency
Skilled in welding and torch cutting
Clear and professional communication skills
Familiarity with mining equipment servicing and diagnostics
Key Duties:
Travel to client sites to inspect, maintain, and repair heavy industrial equipment
Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed for repairs or modifications
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and service transparency
Coordinate with internal teams to manage service logistics and scheduling
Position Requirements:
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
Some shift work may be required
New Miner training available for select candidates
