Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in family law cases (divorce, custody, support, etc.)
* Draft legal documents (petitions, motions, agreements)
* Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
* Negotiate settlements and provide strategic legal advice
* Manage a caseload and maintain client communication
Qualifications:
* J.D. from an accredited law school
* 3-5 years of family law experience in Texas
* Active member of the State Bar of Texas
* Strong litigation and negotiation skills
* Compassionate, client-focused attitude
