The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

2 7 years of family law experience
CT bar license
A desire to work independently and to learn from seasoned family law attorneys
Trial experience and a solid track record of strong results for clients
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Strong communication and advocacy skills
A client-service mindset: responsive, personable, and professional
A collaborative spirit-you're comfortable getting work from multiple attorneys and adjusting to different styles
A self-starter mentality: organized, motivated, and willing to do what it takes to support clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives
Engagement in the community and the profession (bonus points for leadership roles)
