A real estate and hospitality development group is seeking a freelance Video Editor to support its marketing team on branded teaser videos for high-rise residential and hotel properties. The role involves turning 3D architectural renderings into polished, emotionally resonant short-form videos used for digital, social, and sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and assemble short-form teaser videos using provided 3D renderings
Integrate music, text overlays, stock footage, and brand visuals
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative direction and messaging
Export final videos optimized for social media, websites, and presentations
Implement feedback through limited rounds of revisions
Required Skills
Experience editing for real estate, hospitality, or luxury/lifestyle brands
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
Ability to creatively incorporate 3D renders into compelling video narratives
Strong sense of timing, transitions, and mood-setting through audio/visual pairing
Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality edits on deadline
Nice to Have
Light motion graphics or kinetic typography skills
Understanding of formatting across social channels and ad platforms
Familiarity with high-end residential, branded hotel, or architecture-related content
