Job Description
Our Client, a fast growing and innovative service provider established in Limassol with international exposure, is seeking to hire French speakers to assist clients in a daily basis via chat and email.
Job Responsibilities:
-Respond to customers via live chat and emails
-Document and delegate bugs and other issues
-Troubleshoot new issues directly with our customers
-Interact with various departments (VIP, Marketing, and other) to improve customer experience
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
-Assist with any other ad-hoc projects within the Department
Requirements:
-Native/ Fluent in French Language
-Experience or Understanding of the financial services and/or online sector will be considered as advantage
-Ability to communicate clearly and concise in English
-Good Communication skills
-Ability to communicate clearly
-Showing empathy and understanding and attentiveness
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Able to work in shifts (9h00 - 17h30, 12h30 - 21h00, 14h45 - 23h00)

Salary: $ 21,500.00 Per Year
