Job Description
- Welcoming guests upon arrival
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Assisting VIP guests and handling special requests ( e.g reservations and transport)
- Experience in hotel front desk reception (check in/check out) is a must
- With Knowledge of using OPERA system
- Addressing guests concern and resolving issues promptly
- Collecting guest feedback and suggesting improvements
- Communicating with front desk staff about guest preferences.
- Work exchange and communication among colleagues at the same level
- With good pleasing personality
