About us:

Positioned in the heart of Western Australia’s North West in the  Wunaamin Conservation Park  is Mount Hart. Originally a cattle station, our historically rich Wilderness Lodge is the perfect base to explore the Kimberley Region. Mount Hart is a wild and natural place, full of character and history, and an  undeniably bona fide Kimberley destination.

The Role:

The Mount Hart team are actively recruiting a qualified and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our operations. Based from our remote location, 50km off the Gibb River Road and 240 kms from Derby, this unique opportunity is perfect for an adventure-seeking, motivated Pilot looking to explore the lifestyle change that the Kimberley can provide.

Flying over some of the most spectacular icons the region has to offer, the Pilot will be responsible for providing an informative and unforgettable experience through a variety of scenic flights to our guests.

Essential Criteria 

• Full Australian living and working rights
• CASA CPL (H)
• 500 + hours minimum Helicopter Pilot in Command Time on R44 
• ASIC 
• Dangerous goods Awareness Course 
• Full Australian Drivers License (C Class Manual minimum) 
• Nil accident history
• A genuine passion for the outdoors and adventure 
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Current CASA Class 1 medical certificate
• A strong work ethic and commitment to working safely

Highly Desirable

• Low Level Rating 
• HUET
• Previous flight experience in the Kimberly (1 year experience)
